USB flash drive formatted incorrectly

Format the USB stick with FAT or FAT32

The files on the USB stick might be corrupted

• Download the download file once again to an empty stick formatted with FAT and wait long enough until completion is indicated.
• Use the Windows device manager command "Safely Remove Hardware" to deregister the stick and only remove it afterwards.

The software is not stored in the root directory of the USB flash drive

Copy the software to the root directory
