Description

Not enough water in the boiler (water level could not be reached within 3 minutes, or 1 minute in start-up mode)

Possible reason for fault

Corrective action

Soft water connection not connected to the water supply

Connect the soft water connection to the water supply

Water supply is shut off

Open the soft water supply

Water filter connection is not connected to the water connection

The inlet or outlet of the water filter must be connected and screwed open

The appliance was not connected to the soft water supply and the supply line has limescale build-up due to high water hardness

Connect the water filter upstream of the soft water inlet and descale the soft water line.

Water conductivity too low because of water softening (min. 20 µS/cm). The water level cannot be determined due to the lack of a water conductivity value

The quality of the connected water must be brought into the range of the specification Link
