No rinse aid

• Fill up the ConvoCare canister
• If the canister is empty, replace the canister and confirm the message on the display

Suction tube is drawing in air

Install and tighten hose clamps properly so that hose transitions are sealed properly

Suction tube is kinked or pinched

Check the hose for kinks and fix the kinks

Pressure switch not reporting any pressure within 15 sec. of switching on the pump

Suction tube is too long and must be vented separately:
Acknowledge the message and start the cleaning again
