• Contact the responsible service partner

An identical IP address was assigned to both appliances. This means that no reliable network connection is possible and will be interrupted sporadically.

• Switch off the affected appliances at the same time and switch them on again one by one with a time interval of 1 minute
• Contact your IT specialist to enable the network address for the appliances
