The easyTouch can be operated normally but the appliance does not work

Possible reason for fault	Corrective action
Appliance is set to demo version	Have the demo mode disabled
The software is causing a malfunction	Switch off the appliance Restart the appliance after 10 sec. If the error still appears, contact the responsible service partner (make a note of the message on the display) Have a software update performed
