The dehumidifier valve is blocked by foreign matter/dirt

Remove the foreign matter/dirt from the rear air intake pipe of the appliance so that the valve can rotate freely once again.
Caution! First switch off the appliance.

Faulty initialization of the dehumidifier valve

• Switch off the appliance
• Restart the appliance after 10 sec.

The dehumidifier valve has been moved or damaged from outside by an object applied with force.

• Contact the responsible service partner (make a note of the message on the display)
• Have the dehumidifier valve replaced
