Wi-Fi icon remains greyed out

The appliance does not connect to the network.
The Wi-Fi icon does not change colour and remains grey.

Possible reason for fault	Corrective action
Incorrect login data were used	Make sure you have used the correct Wi-Fi network and password. You can reset the Wi-Fi settings on the combi oven and enter them again.
Time zone, system time or system date is not correct	Make sure that the date, time and time zone are set correctly. These settings can be accessed via the user interface: Menu "Settings / General settings / Date/time"
Wrong network was selected	Make sure you have used the correct Wi-Fi network and password. Indicator: No SSID set...
Incorrect or missing password for Wi-Fi connection	With "WPA Personal", the corresponding password must be entered to establish a Wi-Fi connection With "WPA2 Enterprise", a user name and the corresponding password must be entered to establish a Wi-Fi connection
The appliance must not obtain a free IP address via DHCP. No IP address is displayed.	Activate the function "IP address via DHCP" to automatically obtain a free IP address.
Appliance is using an IP address that is already occupied or an IP address that is not enabled	Replace a static IP address with a free IP address or switch to DHCP if this is supported by the IT network.
