The combi oven is displayed in the portal, but it is offline.

Possible reason for fault

Corrective action

Time zone, system time or system date is not correct

Make sure that the date, time and time zone are set correctly. These settings can be accessed via the user interface: Menu "Settings / General settings / Date/time"

The serial number entered in the portal is not correct

  • Check whether the combi oven serial number shown on the portal matches the serial number shown on the display. This can be called up and read via the user interface: Menu "Settings / Appliance information"
  • If they do not match, please contact your local Convotherm representative.
