• Install the interior glass pane correctly
• Check the spacer and replace as needed
• Check the catches and close with the interior glass pane as prescribed

Hygienic plug-in gasket worn

Replace the hygienic plug-in gasket

CTC probe cable is crushed between the hygienic plug-in gasket and the interior glass pane

Lay the cable so that it remains inside the cooking chamber
