The Wi-Fi icon turns white, the connection is active and obtains the correct IP address, but the KC icon remains grey.

| Time zone, system time or system date is not correct | Make sure that the date, time and time zone are set correctly. These settings can be accessed via the user interface: Menu "Settings / General settings / Date/time" | 
| Necessary URLs for KitchenConnect were not activated | If you are using a company network, make sure that the specified URLs are included in the network's "whitelist". |
