KC KitchenCare connection does not work

The Wi-Fi icon turns white, the connection is active and obtains the correct IP address, but the KC icon remains grey.

Corrective action

Time zone, system time or system date is not correct

Make sure that the date, time and time zone are set correctly. These settings can be accessed via the user interface: Menu "Settings / General settings / Date/time"

Necessary URLs for KitchenConnect were not activated

If you are using a company network, make sure that the specified URLs are included in the network's "whitelist".
